Facilities

At Clacton on Sea Bowling Club Ltd, we are fortunate to have excellent facilities.

We are situated adjacent to the sea front and sandy beaches of sunny Clacton.

We have 2 super greens each with 6 rinks plus a spacious, well-appointed licensed clubhouse with many of the original features from when it was built almost 100 years ago.

We are open for bowling from midday until dusk Monday to Friday and 10:00am to dusk Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting during the bowling season. 

The comfortable lounge has a well-stocked bar with a Club Steward on duty. The bar is open during normal licensing hours and there is a spacious conservatory overlooking the bowling greens outside.

In addition, there is ample outside space and seating, including picnic tables and benches for spectators.

Our superb facilities include a fully fitted kitchen, ladies and gents changing rooms and toilets plus a separate toilet for the disabled with wheelchair access. 

We also have a large car park.  Alternatively there is free parking in the streets adjacent to the club plus a coach car park 100 metres away.
