Disciplinary Policy

Clacton on Sea Bowls Club has adopted BE Discipline Policy regulation 9 attached. In the first instance members should seek to resolve any issues by talking with the relevant Captain or Post Holder at a suitable time.

If the problem cannot be resolved or if the problem persists and for all other matters formal complaints regarding misconduct must be made in writing using the complaints form. This should be submitted to the Chairman. Also attached is the guidance . If you need help with the form , please speak to the Chairman or Honorary Secretary.

Bowls England provides a lot of guidance as to how misconduct will be managed . A summary of the process is also attached . Further information can be found on the Bowls England website under R9.
